Indian Green Utthu- This is a variety of green tea from the Nilgiri Hills of Southern India. Similar to many other types of green tea in health benefits, Utthu has a unique bold flavor. The loose tea is high in anti-oxidants that help the immune system fight viral infections and pathogens. It also helps stimulate the metabolism and help manage weight. It has a much lower caffeine content than black tea.
Licorice Root- is known to relieve respiratory ailments such as bronchitis, colds, coughs, congestion, sore throat and allergies. In addition, it is used for stomach problems, inflammation, skin disorders, and liver problems. It is also a known anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agent.
Lemongrass (Citronella)- A perennial most commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine to utilize its citrus-like aroma and flavor, lemongrass is also known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is also used for its calming effects on the mind and when drunk as tea, it is a great diuretic which cleanses and detoxifies the gastro-intestinal system.

Orange Peel- Has been commonly used for its cosmetic properties on the skin, but when consumed, it can also benefit the body internally. Orange peel or rind has been shown to lower LDL (bad cholesterol), and it can prevent pathogens from sticking to the intestinal tract.
Rooibos- Rooibos tea contains calcium, manganese and fluoride which helps build strong teeth and bones and helps prevent tooth decay. When added with milk, rooibos can cure infants suffering from colic, sleeping problems or stomach cramps. Rooibos tea contains similar amount of polyphenols as found in green tea and has been shown to be anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. It is also rich in mineral contents such as iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc and sodium.
Rose Hips- is a fruit of the rose plant that contains a high source of Vitamin C, along with Vitamins D, E, essential fatty oils and antioxidant flavonoids. Rose hips have been used in teas, jams, and syrups to remedy cold, influenza, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Yerba Mate- Often used as a stimulant, Yerba Mate has the boost of coffee without the jitters and crash. The tea made from this herb helps reduce fatigue, suppress appetite and aid gastric function. High in antioxidants, Yerba Mate is known to protect the body against toxins and infections.
