Long Beach, CA - Naja Tea, purveyor of organic whole leaf teas, tea blends, and tisanes, is launching a new program for retail customers to purchase refills of previously purchased teas packaged in the company’s signature tins.
The program will provide biodegradable membership cards called, “The Green Card” and are scheduled to launch in March, 2009. Created to uphold the company’s philosophy of living green, the idea blossomed after Naja Tea exhibited at the Go Green Expo in Los Angeles, CA. “Seeing how so many companies were creatively participating in the green movement and making a stylish statement at the same time was inspiring,” says Naja Hayward, founder of the company. “This is just one more way that we’re doing our part.”
