Long Beach, CA - Boutique beverage company, Naja Tea, has landed a major deal with British Airways. Naja Tea is now available at John F. Kennedy airport for British Airways VIP passengers before boarding their flights. The deal allows Naja Tea to garner a considerable amount of exposure with international travelers and in turn provides British Airways a way to increase their VIP lounge experience by offering an organic loose leaf alternative to their current teabag selections.
Naja Hayward recently completed a day of training for the staff of British Airways on tea knowledge and the proper brewing and preparation of her specialty brand. “I am thrilled to partner with a company that is known for quality and unparalleled service. This will be a great venture for Naja Tea and allows us to reach an entirely new audience and spread our reach outside of the U.S.”
In October, Hayward was a recipient of British Airway's Business Opportunity Grant that gave 100 winning companies valuable business support.
Naja Tea was founded in 2008 by Naja Hayward and is headquartered in Long Beach, CA. Her teas can be found in over 50 retail locations including Trump Golf Course, the set of “Dancing with the Stars” and the Campus of USC.
