ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Q: What makes your product special?
A: All of our teas come from the best organic and family gardens in China, Sri Lanka, India, and Africa. We focus on providing our customer with a selection of organic teas that are picked by people who are treated well, paid fairly, and are provided healthcare and education for their family and children.

Most of our teas are Fair Trade Certified, a model that enables producers to invest in their farms, farm workers, and communities and protect the environment.  It empowers farmers and farm workers to lift themselves out of poverty by developing the business skills nexessary to compete in the global marketplace. In turn, you as the consumer are empowered to vote for a better world with your spending dollars.

Q: Where do your teas come from?
A: Naja Tea is sourced from the major tea growing countries: China (organic green tea, pu-erh, white tea), South Africa (organic rooibos), Sri Lanka (black tea), Thailand (oolong), and India. However, we blend and hand-pack all of our teas right here in the good ole USA.

Q: Where does my product ship from?
A: We pack and ship everything from our location in Lakewood, CA.

Q: Who do I contact for help or questions regarding my orders?
A: Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.

 

ABOUT SHIPPING

Q: Who will deliver my order?
A: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all of our shipping unless overnight is requested in which case we use FeEx.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: Orders are processed within two business days. We pack and ship to order. Our teas do not enter the tin until your order is placed.

 

GENERAL

Q: Are you hiring?
A: We are always looking for interesting, fun, and motivated people to join our team! Please email your resume at info@najatea.com if you would like to be a part of our team.

Q: Do you cater or provide products for special events?
A: We work with chefs and bakers to create interesting tea focused catering menus. 
We are available to cater your event with tea-infused cocktail salons, iced tea salons, and do tea tastings for showers, weddings, birthdays, and private events. If you are in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and South Bay areas, please contact us for more information.

Q: Do you fulfill wholesale orders or provide corporate gifting?
A: A large part of our business is creating tea service programs to discerning customers in the retail, grocery, restaurant and cafe business as well as small businesses interested in a corporate gift program.  We are working on a wholesale site to provide details on this program.  In the meantime, please contact us directly for more information.
